Nobeltours says "major reasons" has provoked their trips cancellation to China

Tour operator Nobeltours, one of the biggest in Spain for long-distance trips, communicated via email to the retail agencies that had contracted with trips to China, canceled at the last moment, that "force majeure unforeseen and unavoidable" to his main supplier in the Asian country have led cancellations.

 

In the letter, dated Thursday, six days after the Friday August 12 the agency announced the first cancellation, and signed by the Customer Service Department, the company admits he "can not provide viable travel options" and committed to "repay the outstanding amounts as soon as possible." Some retailers believe however that this term is very nonspecific and are difficult to recover their money. One of those affected, in charge of an agency based in southern Spain, has decided to take into court the company and its two directors, and Ricardo Antonio Peregrin.

 

Since Friday, dozens of Spanish tourists who had planned to travel to China this week are being relocated to other tour operators, mainly Cathay Tours, Ambassadors and Orizonia. In other cases, travelers have been forced to return in haste to Spain a few days of starting your trip or your local retailer has managed to change without advance tour operator back.

 

Nobeltours has not yet issued any public statement explaining the economic situation being experienced.
